I didn’t arrive in service design through a straight line. My path moved through visual design, communication theory, product thinking, and philosophy — not as separate steps, but as interwoven practices. What I bring into design today isn’t just a set of tools, but a way of listening to systems, translating ambiguity, and holding space for meaning to emerge.
I hold degrees in Communication and Product Design, and recently completed an MBA in Business Strategy. These studies shaped how I navigate complexity: not only by analyzing problems, but by sensing relationships — between people, language, technology, and time.
For the past few years, I’ve worked on global B2B projects for clients like Coca-Cola and L’Oréal, combining UX research, narrative strategy and AI to build frameworks that support real adoption and cultural transformation.
