Every year, IFMG (Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Minas Gerais) compiles a comprehensive report detailing its initiatives, covering aspects such as student engagement, infrastructure, education quality, and other goal achievements. This report is shared with the entire community through an editorial project accessible on the institute's website. Over the years, I've selected distinct themes for each report. In 2019, the focus was on portraying the organization as an integrated ecosystem. In 2020, amid the challenges posed by COVID-19, the report highlighted the strategic use of online tools to overcome the limitations of in-person gatherings during the pandemic.
